Single sheet reclaimer

The single sheet pickup device sucks up the sheet from the designated layer and conducts layer thickness measurement to ensure that only one sheet is sucked up, and then carries the sheet to the top of the roller conveyor positioning table, places the sheet on the roller conveyor positioning table, which transports the sheet to the laser loading area and conducts accurate positioning. 

Laser loading robot for picking and loading

The loading device of the laser loading and unloading robot goes to the laser loading area and picks up the sheet with a vacuum suction cup, and then sends the sheet to the first laser cutting machine exchange table, at which time the laser cutting machine loading robot moves to a safe position. The first laser cutting machine starts to work. Then, the three-dimensional warehouse will take out the boards needed by the second laser cutting machine and move them to the laser loading area, then the laser cutting machine loading robot sucks up the boards and sends them to the worktable of the second laser cutting machine, and the third laser cutting machine will be the same cycle in turn, fully automated operation.

Laser material handling robots, manual sorting

After completing the sheet cutting, the unloading workpiece of the laser loading and unloading robot goes to the exchange table to use the fork tines to pick up the scraps and finished products, and then the scraps and finished products are put onto the electric sorting table cart, and then the electric sorting table trolley moves the scraps and finished products to the sorting area for manual sorting.
